A real leader would have a defined vision with specific measurable goals and objectives that have accountability built in. That is the real world! That was severely lacking with Helton. This is a chaotic mess right now and I find it hard to believe that this newly assembled dream team is going to find success with a vision less leader in Helton! I hope I am wrong! Fight On!
Very pie in sky bullshit! A real leader would have a defined vision with specific measurable goals and objectives that have accountability built in. That is the real world! That was severely lacking with Helton.
