Erik, Colin Mobley is a DE. What if Korey Foreman DE, JT Tuimaloau DE and Aaron Armitage DE commits, how do they all fit? I figure there are only 2 DE's and 2 to 3 DL limit/cap for the 2021 recruiting class.

What players are the coaches targeting and high for DL? I've read 5* DL, Mason Smith is considering USC, your thoughts? Korey and Mason are good friends and have made it known of wanting to play together. That would be insane if USC lands both K. Foreman and M. Smith.

    Congrats to Colin!
Welcome to the family that is USC!

On another note, while we are all excited about these recent commits, we only have four commits on the offensive side of the ball.
QB/RB/WR/OT are the only commits we have right now.
I wonder when we are going to focus on that side of the ball, or are we going to let the new staff load up on defense for this entire class?

EDIT: I was wrong, and 45% of our commits are on the offensive side of the ball.
So many of them committed so long ago that forgot about them.
QB/RB/WR/OT/OG are all on board for now, and looking at our options, I would expect us to try to add QB/RB/WR (2)/TE/OL (2) to this class when all is said and done.

"While Mobley is rated as a three-star prospect, this is a case where college coaches might see more than the recruiting sites. Mobley held offers from Florida, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee, and plenty of others."

This really goes against my thesis. Usually when a recruit gets those kinds of offers alarm bells ring at 247, ESPN, Rival, et al. I'd like to figure out why he didn't get the props. Maybe he didn't tweet out his offers? You told me that you get those automatically somehow. Did he Tweet all of his his offers? Can you verify?

Zaire Patterson a DE out of NC will commit to Clemson today which will be our 2nd DE. We expect Xavier Thomas to go to the NFL this year so we will probably take a third DE but are involved with several in FL.

Feeling is in regards to Korey Foreman both he and Clemson have gone in separate directions. Would have liked to see him at Clemson but if not hope he stays at home and plays for USC.

Definitely feels like if Foreman had to make a decision right now, it would be USC. We'll see if USC can keep that true all the way until he signs.
