Not bad, but the pools are too small. Needs a 50 meter pool, deep all the way.

I put in an offer for $1M. Expecting a call back from the agents soon.

I’m going to outbid you. Not sure where I will get the money, but I’ll worry about that later.

That’s been for sale forever. It had all kinds of problems through the development with permits, etc. Developer had to pay off neighbors to get it built.
You can get Pierce Brosnan’s $50 million Malibu estate for $100 mil.

The property is not very intimate. It lacks the charm of a more modest and cozy residence. All 21 of the bathrooms have low flow shower nozzles, so those with long hair will never really rinse out all their conditioner. At a price point of $78 million, you would think the basketball courts would have regulation height rims. The details matter, folks. They really matter.

All of those bathrooms are required. By the time you get to another part of the house, you'll need to take another shit.

Lol. If you run out of toilet paper and need to call someone, will they hear you?

You'll need to unroll toilet paper to make a trail in case you get lost.

One of my favorite projects I ever worked was in bel air. It was a remodel. The cost of the remodel ( about 25 years ago) was 43 million i think it was on the market a couple of years ago for $200 million or so . It had a few names : the kirkabee estate, the Beverly Hillbilly's Mansion, and the last name was Chartwell

Antifa and BLM may burn it down. Make sure you can get it insured before making an offer.

Wonderful place. I bet it would be a favorite. Not a house in Levittown.
