This puts even more pressure on Coach Caryl and Staff to recruit top level student athletes in the field events. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for she and her staff, but the multi-events and jumps (especially horizontal) have been a weakness in the program. This needs to change.

(Not counting the distances for the men, which is more a reflection of scholarship limits.)
