Woodie is the Pac 12 general counsel, and the dick who bent the Pac 12 rules in 2011 to declare UCLA (5-4 in the Pac 12 and victim of a 50-0 drubbing by SC) the Pac 12 South champion instead of USC (7-2 Pac 12).

Someone big had money on this game or Vegas is controlling the game.

Remember the score was 24-0 in the 3rd quarter and spread on the game was 3.5. Final score 24-20 (UA missed extra point).

Weird how close the spread at the end of the game and a shit load of flags flying.

In that original story Scott said there was no 3rd party and it was concerning that this "misperception" existed. But today after documents were released that showed Woodie's hard on for USC was in fact real, Scott had to reverse himself.

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2018/10/11/pac-12-commissioner-errors-made-in-replay-review-procedure/38125033/

"We mixed administrative oversight and leadership with real-time replay-review calls, made by experts, on the field, in the stadium and in the command center," Scott said... "Moreover, we've allowed for ambiguity about who's got the final call and who makes the ultimate decisions in replay review."

Larry Scott has been confused about the meaning of administrative oversight and Leadership all along.

The reversed call on JT was just on ESPN.

NCAA should investigate who had money on the game!

Now I'm waiting for a "make-up" targeting call against Porter (or really, any USC player) on Saturday.

Plenty of ammo there to oust Scott...PacXII needs new leadership. What a joke, a sad awful joke the conference has become. Parity and distribution of wealth - it's freakin' sports socialism we're seeing happen right before our eyes.

Exactly what I was thinking. USC favored by 3 and a half point and all of the penalties called. Sound corrupt to me.

This needs serious investigation. If Larry Scott/Woodie Dixon/or other PAC-12 staff are not honest brokers they need to face consequences. We know they are incompetent. Fire their sorry asses. Time for the university presidents and ADs to step-in and drain the swamp.

The Pac-12 is run by liberal snowflakes. That is all.

Nah, they'd rather just extend their contracts...unanimously. So that means our 'leadership' is in on the fix.
