He was the real James Bond for me. What a life to be constantly surrounded by so many beautiful women in all of his Bond episodes.

One of my favorite roles for him was not a Bond film though, it was a movie called Medicine Man with Lorraine Bracco and directed by John McTiernan.

    RIP Mr. Connery.

And he died peacefully in his sleep. That's how 007 should go. RIP Mr. Connery.

He made so many great movies. On one of my overseas assignments I remember them sending up a few Bond movies in them. When I think of James Bond, Connery comes to mind. All of the Bond stars brought something to the character. It is funny, that one of the first movies I remember him in was the Disney feature Darby O'Gill and the Little People. I would bet he had to shake his head at that one when he looked back at his body of work. I really do like Daniel Craig as Bond. He is Bond with an edge. RIP Sean.

IMO, in the top 5 of “Coolest Guy on the Earth,” and probably #1.

Loved his character in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. RIP Mr. Connery.

I wish I could Keen. I'm working 50-60 hours a week these days. Between my job and spending what little free time I have with my family I don't have the time to research every thread topic on the OT board. I do drop in from time to time just to see who is still stirring the pot and ruffling feathers on this side.

Not a great film, but Outland is a guilty pleasure of mine--a remake of High Noon, essentially.
