The 3rd Annual Matt Leinart Bowling With the Stars Event took place Monday at the Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood. The event was a success, raising money for various childrens' causes, including the Make A Wish Foundation and the Urban Youth Football League of Los Angeles.
This year's event had in attendance Olympic gold medalists, Hollywood celebrities, current and former Trojan athletes, and various professional athletes.
The event was a success, raising money for Matt's Magical Moments, which funds groups like the Make A Wish Foundation and the Urban Youth Football League of Los Angeles, and which focuses on providing social outings for children who are underprivileged or who suffer from life threatening illnesses. Funding from Matt's Magical Moments helped to grant 12 wishes for the Make A Wish Foundation in this past year.
The event opened with Leinart thanking all guests and sponsors in attendance for their continued support of the Foundation. A live auction followed. The screens behind the bowling lanes featured photos of events the Foundation has been involved in. Many of the photos featured the late Ryan Davidson.
