Mike Williams has reported to Nashville for the Titans' first offseason program, this according to the Detroit Free Press. The report notes that Williams reported at 254 pounds which is on target from what the Tennessee coaching staff asked of him. This is almost 20 pounds lighter than what wide out played at last year.
