He improved throughout the season even though he was playing out of position. I would have loved to see him at the point from the get go.
Stop being selfish hoping he comes back to make USC a winner rather than go pro and make the money. He is not going to improve dramatically by staying another year. At least in the NBA he will get top notch coaching, trainers, and facilities to be able to reach his potential.
Ask yourself this, would YOU turn down top 10 money. Yeah, I didn't think so. Mayo's stock didn't decline as much as others around him (Beasley, Rose, etc.) saw their stock shoot through the roof.
